I first started in the real estate industry in 2002 in Clayton, Georgia.
I specialized in lakefront and luxury homes, vacant land, rehabs, and new construction. I was a multi-million dollar producer.
I relocated to Charleston and resumed my real estate career by joining Weichert Realtors Palmetto Coast in 2013.
I was named the WRPC Rookie of The Year for 2013.
I am called the Busy Bee Realtor because I work hard and am willing to go the extra mile to ensure my clients receive the best service possible.
I am proud to not be a typical real estate agent, rather, I believe the extra details are what separate me from all
the other agents.
One important thing that I do understand is that in today’s market it is important to saturate the internet to get a home sold.
The majority of home buyers are searching the internet (over 90% according to the National Association of Realtors), and that is the best method to getting your home as much exposure to as many prospective buyers as possible.
The more eyes that see your home, the quicker your home will sell.
I still find it hard to believe that many agents simply do not understand this fact, or do not do more to increase the exposure of their listings.
That is why I teamed up with a local online marketing company, Carmichael Online Marketing Services.
They are experts at increasing the web visibility of their clients, creating hundreds, if not thousands, of places online for their clients to be found.
They apply the same methods for all of my listings. I discuss in greater detail some of the strategies we utilize in my Marketing Checklist.
But there is more than simply saturating the internet for my listings. There are many more details that separate me from other agents.
Simple things, like having lots of pictures of my listings uploaded to the MLS (I am surprised in this day and age that many agents still only take 2 or 3 pictures).
Or that only 3% of agents use virtual tours (and of that 3%, only 1% use video tours).
I realize that simple details like this make a huge difference for my clients. These little details add up, and help me SELL my listings.
While technology is a great tool, I greatly value the human factor. Real estate is about relationships, and I strive to take care of my clients the best that I can.
Whether it is answering questions or explaining the process, I am always in communication with my clients so that they are always “in the loop”.
