Hi everyone, here is my latest video about How To Select A Realtor To Sell A Home Charleston SC. In this video, I go over some of my marketing techniques that separate me from most realtors. Specifically, I address my use of virtual tours and video in my internet focused marketing.

Video is already very popular on the internet, and only getting more popular every day. In fact, while Google is the number one search engine in the world, You Tube is now the second most popular search engine.

Home buyers are looking for virtual tours and spend more time looking at online listings that features them. Despite this, many agent still are not using virtual tours or video marketing. The National Association of Realtors says that only 3% of agents use virtual tours, and even fewer are using videos.

Another thing that I am doing in my marketing is syndicating my videos all over the internet.

Most agents may get their virtual tours on the MLS, the company website and maybe even You Tube. I get my videos on hundreds, if not thousands of places all over the internet which increases their web visibility. This means it is much easier for home buyers to find my virtual tours and videos.

So far, I have successfully had many of my videos get onto the first page of Google and You Tube for several different search terms.
