Statistics also show that sellers usually make more money using a real estate agent as opposed to FSBO. Many agents don’t want to deal with FSBOs unless they want to list. However, I strive to not be like the typical agent, so I have some helpful FSBO tips.

You may be wondering why an agent would be willing to help someone sell FSBO. My video tomorrow covers that in greater detail, but to keep you from suspense, it’s simple really. FSBOs can be a great source of buyer leads, and since statistics show that many FSBOs will end up listing with an agent, wouldn’t you think if I give them some help in the beginning, that they wouldn’t consider using me to list? Besides, I believe that the more you help people, it comes back to you.
